Hi, my name is Rafał and this is blog about my work and my passion. I’ve been working as flash platform developer for over 5 years. All this time I’ve been learning and searching for better, faster and more user friendly solutions for those who want to use internet as a source of good fun, inspiration or nicely designed, usefull applications.

Today I work as flash platfrom developer and RIA consultant at The Ministry Of Ideas‘ team localised in Cracow, Poland. As a group of young and talented people we try to create sophisticated solutions for our business customers. I’m responsible for seeking the best possible technological solutions, managing team communication, projects workflow and provide consulting services related to the creation and implementation of RIA applications based mainly on a Adobe platform.

I have worked on many projects – webpages and applications – for polish and foreign companies. Below some of them which I’m proud of:

Zumi.pl is the biggest project I’ve worked on till now, It has been rewarded as the best polish webpage in 2007.
